Fitness expert since 2014

Being involved with sports throughout my entire youth and young adulthood intrigued me. I wanted to learn more about how the body and exercise worked hand in hand.

The most rewarding aspect of my job is knowing that I can make a change in someone’s life. Knowing that I am a person that someone looks up to for their health and fitness goals inspires me to continue to be better!

Why you chose fitness as a career:
Coaching is the beautiful art of changing someone’s life for the better. My people entrust in me to walk with them on this new journey of reshaping their lives. This is more than a 30-day challenge, this is the process of making ongoing informed decisions and choices that will improve one’s overall health and wellbeing. I chose a career in fitness to help show others their true potential and set a tone for others to aspire to. I believe in challenging the status quo of the influencer era by creating realistic and sustainable approaches to educate people about their health and fitness.

Fitness expert since 2019

As a wife and mother of 4 children, I went on a search to better myself in health and wellness starting in 2019. I joined a local CrossFit gym and really enjoyed the fundamental movements of it. Realizing how much I loved getting myself in better health, improving my mindset of working out, and getting my nutrition under control, I decided to become a coach at my gym to help others feel how I did. Since then, I have been and am continuing to further my education in both fitness and nutrition sides as well as mindset work.

As a Health Coach, I look forward to helping others through Sullivan County Hospital in bettering their health and wellness and achieving their personal goals.
