My wife has veins that are very hard to find and they roll. When she has blood drawn, normally she is stuck and poked several times. The day we were there, she had pneumonia and was feeling very bad. She had to have blood drawn from both arms. Bray got it right the first time in both arms. I and my wife were so glad!
