Frequently Asked Questions

I have more than one account balance due, can I make just one payment?

Yes, please contact the business office at 812-268-4311, then option #2 for billing and a Patient Account Rep can review your accounts and combine balances to make one payment/month.

Can I make payments online?

You may now pay your bill online. Click here to go to our billing page.

Is there a discount if I pay in full?

Our prompt pay discount policy states they can have a 15% discount if paid within 45 days of the first statement date if the patient requests one.

Has my insurance been billed?

Your statement reflects any activity from your insurance company.  If there is no payment or adjustment from your insurance on your statement, please contact the Business Office 812-268-4311 Option #2.

What do I do if I cannot afford to pay my bill?

SCCH has financial assistance and navigation options to assist you if you are unable to pay your bill in full at this time. Payment plans and financial assistance are available. Please view information regarding these items above or visit our insurance navigation page.
