Frequently Asked Questions

I have more than one account balance due, can I make just one payment?

Yes, please contact the business office at 812-268-4311, then option #2 for billing and a Patient Account Rep can review your accounts and combine balances to make one payment/month.

Can I make payments online?

We are soon to have a payment portal you can access from either the QR code on your statement or the website and access code on your statement.

Is there a discount if I pay in full?

Our prompt pay discount policy states they can have a 15% discount if paid within 45 days of the first statement date if the patient requests one.

Has my insurance been billed?

Your statement reflects any activity from your insurance company.  If there is no payment or adjustment from your insurance on your statement, please contact the Business Office 812-268-4311 Option #2.

I can’t afford to pay this bill.

Financial Assistance and Navigator information are on the website already if you can not afford a payment plan or if you are needing help obtaining insurance.
