Tabitha Simpson was born and raised in Sullivan County, Indiana. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Southern Indiana in Evansville and her master’s degree from Indiana University School of Nursing in Indianapolis.

Tabitha has been a family nurse practitioner since 2003, with special interest in urgent care and family practice. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and is a member of the American Nurses Association (ANA).

Tabitha resides in Sullivan County with her husband and has 3 children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, reading, and baking.
