Sarah was born and raised in Terre Haute, Indiana. She obtained her bachelor's degree from Indiana State University and then her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Indiana State University. She is certified in Graston and LSVT Big.

In her spare time, Sarah enjoys working out with her husband and spending time with her dogs and family.
