Robert Ealy was born in Anderson, Indiana, and is a graduate of Western Governors University with a bachelor of science degree in nursing. He started his journey 25 years ago as a Licensed Practical Nurse and obtained his associate degree in nursing from Lincoln Trail University. He returned to academia after 15 years of bedside experience in intensive care to obtain his master of nursing degree at Indiana State University.

Robert is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, and has experience in urgent care, family practice, and interventional pain management.

In his spare time, he enjoys cycling and spending time with his wife and children. He is also an aficionado of fried tenderloins.
