Morgan was born and raised in Sullivan, IN. She obtained both her bachelor's degree and a master's degree in nursing from Indiana State University. She has been working in health care since 2015.

Morgan is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and is currently working in the Quick Care at SCCH.

In her spare time, Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, visiting with friends, traveling and watching sports.
