Dr. Kilby Osborn was raised in a military family and spent most of his childhood in Massachusetts. He served as a United States Marine before obtaining his undergraduate degree in physiology at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. He earned his Medical Doctorate and Masters in Public Health at Indiana University School of Medicine and Fairbanks School of Public Health. He completed his residency in family medicine at Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital in Albany, Georgia.

Dr. Osborn is board certified and is a member of the American Board of Family Medicine. Practicing since 2020, Dr. Osborn is experienced in family medicine with a focus on obstetrics. He has a special interest in rural medicine and is passionate about caring for patients of all ages. He has been a leader in medicine and enjoys teaching and mentoring.

Dr. Osborn has three children and enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, and sporting events. When he isn’t taking care of patients or delivering babies, you might find him exploring new restaurants or spending time with his cat, Tom.
