Kayla Kellams grew up in Sullivan County, Indiana. Kayla has been in healthcare since she was 16 years old, when she obtained her CNA certification and began working with geriatrics in long term care. She continued her education at Lincoln Trail College and became a Registered Nurse in 2011. Kayla has been a part of the SCCH family since that time.

Kayla completed her BSN and MSN-FNP from Western Governors University. She is board certified through American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

She has a love for geriatrics and passion for preventive healthcare, making her position here in Care Coordination the perfect home for her!

Kayla enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two children. They spend most of their free time at football fields or gymnasiums watching their children’s activities. Kayla also enjoys reading, organizing, visiting with friends, and spending relaxing days at home with her family.
