Kathy Pirtle was born and raised in Sullivan County, Indiana. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Indiana University in Bloomington and completed her master’s degree as a family nurse practitioner from Indiana State University in Terre Haute.

Kathy has been in the medical field since 1994 and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

In her spare time, Kathy enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, traveling, participating in outdoor activities, and working on home projects.
