Dr. Carl F. Conwell has been practicing medicine since 1990. He completed his undergraduate work in life sciences at Indiana State University and obtained his medical degree from Indiana University in Indianapolis. Dr. Conwell completed his residency in family practice at Union Hospital in Terre Haute, Indiana.

In his spare time, Dr. Conwell enjoys playing the guitar and learning to play new instruments.
