Amy was born and raised in Sullivan, Indiana, and graduated from University of Evansville with a Master of Physical Therapy and a BS in Physical Therapy, and has been with Sullivan County Community Hospital since 1998.

Practicing Physical Therapy (PT) since 1997, Amy has decades of experience in PT including orthopedics, acute care, wound care, pediatrics, and pelvic health. She has been the director of Rehabilitation Services at SCCH since 2017, and is co-chair of the H.E.A.R.T. team at SCCH, which is devoted to improving the patient experience.

Amy resides in Sullivan with her husband Gary. They have three sons. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, working in her flower garden, spending time with her family, and running (when she has time).
