Dr. Alex Clements grew up in Sullivan, Indiana, and completed her undergraduate studies in biology with a minor in Spanish at Indiana University in Bloomington. She completed her medical degree at Rocky Vista University in Parker, Colorado and her residency at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, Indiana.

Dr. Clements' experience is in family medicine with special interest in pediatrics, adolescent, adult and geriatric medical care. She is a member of the American Board of Family Medicine.

Dr. Clements resides in Sullivan with her husband, young child and is expecting a 2nd child soon. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching sports and traveling.
