Do we prescribe Methadone?
No. We use other medications, like Suboxone and Buprenorphine.
If I don't need Suboxone, can I participate in substance use disorder behavioral health group anyway?
Yes. After your intake assessment, your provider will determine the best course of treatment for your specific needs.
Isn't medication assisted treatment (MAT) just trading one drug for another drug?
No. In our MAT program, Suboxone is used in conjunction with other therapies to treat the root cause of addiction. As treatment progresses, dosages may be lowered or discontinued depending on your situation.
How often do group therapy sessions occur?
Group sessions occur once every week.
