Dr. Daniel Callahan is board certified in pain management and neurology. He and the Pain Management staff will coordinate your treatment plan and get you back to your life.
We treat many types of pain, including the following:
- Neck Pain, including work-related injuries
- Back pain, including work-related injuries and sciatica
- Persistent pain after back or neck surgery
- Arthritis pain in neck or lower back
- Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS)

How do I become a patient of SCCH Pain Management?

How will my pain be treated?
After initial assessment by one of our providers, they will determine what type of care plan is best for you. We offer Physical Therapy treatment, Interventional treatments such as injections, and medication management.
Will I be prescribed medication?
Medication prescribing is determined by provider discretion based on your assessment and evaluation.
Will my insurance cover service at your office?
We work with most insurance companies. It is the patient’s responsibility to know their insurance coverage per their individual policy. We do work with your insurance company for Prior Authorization of certain procedures/medications. However, Prior Authorization is not a guarantee of payment.
Is Dr. Callahan a Neurologist?
Dr. Callahan is board certified in neurology, but he does not practice as a Neurologist.
