Stacey Smith was born (in Mary Sherman Hospital) and raised in Sullivan County, Indiana. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in nursing and her master’s degree as a family nurse practitioner from the University of South Florida. She completed her doctorate in nursing program at Indiana State University in Terre Haute.

Stacey has been practicing since 1994 and is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Stacey resides in Sullivan with her husband and has 4 adult children. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, exercising, gardening, and boating.
